For more than twenty years, Randie has guided clients through real estate transactions and related legal matters throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties. She represents buyers, sellers, builders, lenders, title companies, and small businesses with a steady, detail-oriented approach that carries each matter efficiently from contract through closing.
Before founding her practice, Randie was a securities litigator at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
A lifelong member of the Rye community, Randie received her B.A. from The George Washington University and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. She lives in Westchester with her husband, three children, and their goldendoodle, who can often be found in the office.

Frances “Becky” Sena has been an integral part of the firm since 2015 and is involved in all aspects of its transactional practice including residential purchases and sales, commercial leasing, lender and title company representation, and business formation.
Becky grew up in Chappaqua and returned to Westchester after working as a ski instructor in California and New Zealand. She received her B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in New York.
She lives in Westchester with her husband, three children, and their golden retriever, Chance.
